A general notice to all that I may have promised drinks in the past few weeks: I have much more free time now and could use. We'll have to act fast, as it doesn't seem like we'll have much more time before they crown the newest victor.

I hadn't noticed until now, but that spear the girl from District 6 picked up looks awfully familiar.

Good job yesterday.

Your first day of training is coming up. The stations change every year, but you can't necessarily use them to predict what the arena will be. Last year, there was a pool on the first day, and you saw why that ended up being useful. Needless to say, it wasn't a water arena like everyone expected.

I don't see any reason to hold back in training. The other tributes will be intimidated regardless. You might as well use the next five days to stay in shape and assured of your own skills.

For a few days there, I was actually worried about what District 11 would do if Edge were "lost and wounded and stumbling into her path." There's some sort of cruel irony to this, but I can't articulate it.

I never would have expected mutts and mines to be doing most of the work, this Games.

There are few people who enjoy a good slice of seaweed bread more than I, but I never realized it was so popular outside of District 4.

That was an appeal to sponsors if I've ever seen one. Doesn't look like they'll be getting rid of Achilles any time soon, so we might as well send it before they have to split the meal any more ways, especially now that they're closer to Satine.

It's a good place to be, though. Higher ground. Last I checked, the boys from Districts 3, 6, 9, and 10 were all nearby, and alone. At least two of them are threats, especially Reaper's boy with that monstrosity he sent. I don't know how District 9 could afford that when all we got was food, but I suppose that's what happens when one of your tributes kills the girl with cancer.

Well, that could have gone better.

When do you think we should send them their present? I didn't see Edge picking up any food, so I think they could use it, but I don't want them to share with Achilles.

If they take turns in watch, we could do it while he's asleep. Edge would be more likely to share, but possibly with both. Given her accident with cancer girl, he's more likely to have paid for it too.
